We also offer free job site estimates as well. Tough spots, stains, and carpets that seem to get dirty again quickly are our specialty in solving. Food dye color stains from Kool-aid and other colored drinks can be successfully removed with our experience.

We can also remove set-in stains like coffee, tea, urine, and other brown-out stains from people trying to clean it themselves. When needed we also can spot dye bleach spots on colored carpeting.

Pricing

All prices include everything including deodorizer and pretreatment for carpet and upholstery. We don't have add ons because we care about honesty and want your repeat business.

CleanTeam Group LLC began as a professional cleaning company in 1997. Since then, we have continued to offer professional licensed and insured services for residential and commercial cleaning across the Franklin, KY, and Nashville, TN areas.

Carpet Cleaning

We use our tried and proven (3) step process on both commercial and residential carpets.
Step 1
Pre spray all carpeted areas to be cleaned. Also examine all spots, stains, and traffic areas and use the correct products designed to remove all of the troubled areas.
Step 2
Agitate all carpeted areas with commercial grade equipment to ensure that all cleaning solutions are completely disbursed throughput carpet fibers. This step and extra time that it takes really makes the difference in our excellent results. Very few cleaners do this.
Step 3
Thoroughly steam rinse and extract all carpeted areas. We use a low (ph) clear water rinse product that keeps spots and traffic areas reappearing. Your carpets stay cleaner much longer.

Upholstery Cleaning

We use the same (3) step process that we do for carpet cleaning except we use hand tools and brushes to complete the work.
 
We have experience in all types of fabrics and actually do work for several furniture retailers on their fabric protection program they sell their customers.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Dirty or clogged dryer vents are Americas leading cause for house and building fires. We have all the right tools to clean your complete system from the dryer to the dryer vent line and even the vent cap on the outside of the structure.
 
We also repair and replace dryer vent lines to ensure complete safety with every dryer use. We perform dryer vent cleaning for property management companies and residential job sites.
 
We even have micro cable cameras to check our work if we don't feel proper suction at the dryer.
